Hear Our City Magazine
Hear Our City Magazine had an opportunity to provide media coverage for the global retail leaders' conference Shoptalk. The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas was this year's hosting location for the Shoptalk guests from all over the world.
This year, Shoptalk really focused more on retailer engaging with consumers: faster, directly, while increasing brand sales. Our team has covered several retail conferences in the United States this year, and Shoptalk is a "Super Bowl" of retailers. The panel speakers, exhibit booths, networking, one-on-one meetings, and evening social events were exactly what retailers and vendors needed. The CEO's of leading retailers spoke at Shoptalk and shared with other industry guests their retailer-consumers engagement direction for their brands.
Shoptalk topics were focused on improving online consumer experience, in-store experience and connecting directly with consumers by
their mobile phones and devices, latest technologies and A.I. Consumers purchase retail brands when they connect with the brand story. Brands need to tell the brand story faster, so consumers can establish emotional connection and grow brand loyalty.
Consumers purchase brands more and more by going to the brand websites, and using their mobile phones. Retailers are changing store fronts, floor plans and making the checkout process personal, and at the same time with less human interaction. Retail technology tools are assisting with helping retailers study consumer buying habits, which helps them target market their audience.
We highly suggest that you make plans to attend Shoptalk 2020, if your are a retailer looking to connect with your brand audience,or a vendor looking to connect with retail brand leaders, hear the CEO's upcoming plans and speak with retail insiders from all over the world.
Hear Our City Magazine is your consumer and retailer media partner for Shop Talk.
